Terms of Service
Personal use only. These applications are private, non-commercial tools run by one individual for their own use. They are not a public service and may not be used commercially.
1Scope
These terms apply to the personal applications operated by a private individual (“the operator”) on usuratonkachi.cloud and its subdomains. By using an application you agree to them.
2Personal, non-commercial use
The applications exist for the operator's own use. Access is limited to the operator and to people the operator has personally invited, and is granted for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Use for any business, resale or public offering is not permitted.
3Access can be withdrawn
Nobody has a right to use these applications. Access may be limited, suspended or removed at any time, and any application may be changed or shut down without notice.
4Acceptable use
- Do not use the applications for anything unlawful, abusive or harmful.
- Do not attempt to attack, probe, overload or bypass the security of the systems.
- Do not use automated tools to scrape or mass-access the applications.
5Your content
Your files and documents remain yours. The operator claims no rights over them and does not review them. Where an application saves to a service such as Google Drive, your content lives there and is governed by that service's terms. Keep your own backups.
6Third-party software and services
The applications build on open-source software and third-party services. Their names and trademarks belong to their respective owners, and the operator is not affiliated with or endorsed by them. Google services are provided by Google under Google's own terms and privacy policy.
7No warranty
The applications are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. There is no support commitment, no uptime guarantee and no promise that data will never be lost.
8Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of, or the inability to use, these applications.
9Privacy
How personal data is handled is described in the Privacy Policy.
10Changes and contact
These terms may be updated; the date at the top of this page shows the latest version. For questions, use the developer or support contact shown on the application's Google consent screen.
